residential rental rates vary depending
on the geographic area as well as amenities
and condition of the condominium or
home. Rents are generally higher in
the upscale resort areas of South and
West Maui (Wailea, Kaanapali, and Kapalua).
Lower rates can be expected in Kihei,
Lahaina Town and in Central Maui (Wailuku
and Kahului) and Upcountry Maui (Pukalani,
Makawao and Kula).

in South and West Maui. Slightly lower
prices can be expected in Central and
Upcountry Maui.
