Renter-Occupied Housing Statistics

Long-term residential rental rates vary depending on the geographic area as well as amenities and condition of the condominium or home. Rents are generally higher in the upscale resort areas of South and West Maui (Wailea, Kaanapali, and Kapalua). Lower rates can be expected in Kihei, Lahaina Town and in Central Maui (Wailuku and Kahului) and Upcountry Maui (Pukalani, Makawao and Kula).

Below are the current range of rental rates available in South and West Maui. Slightly lower prices can be expected in Central and Upcountry Maui.
